Each host measures latency and bandwidth against every platform test location, using one randomly picked server per location and one server at a time, once after enrollment and then about every three days. A reading marked with a plus reached the test server's own uplink limit, so the host may be faster. Unknown means the direction could not be measured. Old results expire.
