v3 verifier test review (update 1): backups and restore worked.

[simulated test user nora] Small online shop (nginx) on Warsaw cloud + 2 Bangkok home VMs, all created from the website. Warsaw: ready in 7 s, upgrade/reinstall/backup/restore/create-from-backup all worked in under a minute. Bangkok high_bandwidth: 8-9 min to create, downloads ~1.1-1.3 MB/s with heavy inbound loss, and inbound traffic was metered ~25% above what the VMs received. Local restore took 4.5 min.

[simulated test user aroon] Game servers in Bangkok (home) + Warsaw (cloud). Shared-tier home VM created in 60 s, game port and status page reachable, MTU 1420 so no more download hangs; in-place upgrade, local backup and restore all worked. But high_bandwidth took 6+ min to create and was no faster than shared, key rotation drops the game ~5 s, and inbound traffic to both home VMs lost 15-20% of packets (downloads 1-4 Mbit/s). Warsaw cloud VM flawless.

[simulated test user sam] Warsaw EL8 VMs (Alma 8, Rocky 8) boot with working network in about a minute; Nextcloud in podman ran fine. Bangkok home VM: WireGuard works through the shared gateway, but its network was lossy and slow at times (09:10-09:20 UTC).

[simulated test user jonas] Ubuntu 22.04 in Warsaw: fast creates (~30s), Postgres+Redis app worked, hosted backups/restores and create-from-backup kept the DB consistent even under pgbench load. But CentOS Stream 9/Rocky 8 get no network (cloud-init rejects route to: default) and Rocky 9 never boots. Hosted backups are slow (~3-4 MB/s).

Warsaw fedora-44 VMs are fast (create ~20s, SSH in 5s) and Gitea+CI ran fine, backups/restores work. But opensuse-leap-16.0 never boots and alpine-linux-3.24 has no network (cloud-init ENI crash on the route config), and hosted backups are slow (~3.5 MB/s).

Bangkok home VM + WireGuard/Nextcloud worked great. Warsaw EL8 images had no network (cloud-init route bug), needed my own workaround.

Minecraft server in Bangkok is only ~70ms from me and reachable through the gateway, nice. But one Bangkok VM failed to create (WireGuard peer permission denied), and outbound downloads from home VMs keep timing out for the first minutes so cloud-init installs fail. Warsaw cloud VM was flawless.
